Shipping Policy

Important information:

• Order deadline:  3:00 PM CEST
• Processing time:  1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday)
• Delivery time:  5 to 10 working days (Monday to Friday)
• Free delivery for all orders in the UK

Delivery information

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have received your order. It takes 1 to 2 business days to process your order (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays).

If you order before 3:00 PM CEST, we will process your order the same day. As soon as your order ships, we will send you an email with tracking information. You can expect to receive your order within 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday).

We currently only ship to the UK. Shipping is free on all orders.

Delivery delays

If the expected processing and delivery time has passed and you still haven't received your order, don't worry. Please allow an additional 3 business days (Monday to Friday). If your order still hasn't arrived after this time, please contact us with your order number.

Cancellations

To cancel your order, you can send us an email to info@montague-york.one Please do this as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, it will no longer be possible to cancel it.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If you received an incorrect or damaged order, please take photos and email them to info@montague-york.one  by providing your order number. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.
